Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.
How long does shipping take?

*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 - 12 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly from the carrier’s website.
What size should I order?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your favorite shirt or hoodie and comparing it to our chart for the best fit.
If you're between sizes, sizing up is usually the safest choice.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because many of our products are made-to-order, we only accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us at support@otakupaws.store within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re sorry about that! Please email us at support@otakupaws.store with your order number and photos of the damaged item within 7 days, and we’ll send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
